The Lover's Dance

Copyright © by TVan, December 16, 2001

The sun slowly sets over the cool ocean waters as waves of
passion wash over your face, You come close to me and we
embrace.

The nighttime moon rises in the sky as we slowly dance
together as one, the lover's dance so beautifully done.

As the sand cools beneath the night time cover, I turn to you
my lover, and whisper in your ear, loving words for only you
to hear

As passions rise like the oceans tide,
we come closer and closer, fulfilling our desires.

We hold on to each other with urgency known only by lovers,
And cling to one another as if the world existed for no other.

Your kisses, they melt this heart of mine,
For this love we have surpasses all space and time.

As your body cries out to me, Mine meets yours in ecstasy.

As the lovers dance ends and the dawn begins to rise,
We leave our place of love and say good-bye.

There will be another dance when lovers meet by chance,
Under the moonlit sky with passion in our eyes.
